Abstract

El presente estudio tiene por objetivo proponer a la Dirección Nacional de Construcción del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento (MVCS) lineamientos para orientar al Sector Construcción en el desarrollo de políticas nacionales de crecimiento “verde” y desarrollo bajo en carbono, mediante la elaboración de un Estudio sobre el Sector Construcción y su relación con el Cambio Climático.
