Fortalecimiento del rol rector de la SUNASA en la implementación del aseguramiento universal en salud, respecto a la supervisión y vigilancia de las IPRESS, en el marco del intercambio prestacional del SIS, EsSALUD y los gobiernos regionales de Ayacucho, Apurímac y Huancavelica

Abstract

En el marco de la ejecución de la Declaración de París sobre la eficacia de la ayuda al desarrollo, se creó el Fondo de Estudios y Consultorías Belga Peruano – FECBP, el cual tiene como objetivo global: fortalecer las capacidades de las instituciones públicas (conocida por el Fondo como socia o beneficiaria) del Perú, permitiendo estrategias de desarrollo y modernización de las instituciones públicas, en apoyo al Programa de Cooperación Belga-Peruano. Este objetivo debe estar alineado a dos sectores priorizados: apoyo a la política de aseguramiento universal en salud; y, desarrollo económico sostenible y gestión estratégica de los recursos naturales. La investigación tiene como objetivo brindar asistencia técnica para que la SUNASA (ahora SUSALUD) fortalezca su rol rector en la implementación del aseguramiento universal en salud (AUS) en los departamentos de Ayacucho, Apurímac y Huancavelica, respecto a la supervisión y vigilancia de las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud (IPRESS), en el marco del intercambio prestacional (IP) del Sistema Integral de Salud (SIS), EsSALUD y los Gobiernos Regionales. El estudio contó con el auspicio del Fondo de Estudios y Consultorías Belga Peruano (FECBP), con la participación de la Agencia Peruana de Cooperación Internacional (APCI) y la Cooperación Técnica Belga (CTB).
