Factors and Procedures for Recovery of the Banks under Special Surveillance (on the example of YTB - Yambol)

Abstract

The composition and the meaning of the factors and procedures for defence of banks under special supervision are analyzed. A new original method is proposed for complex valuation of the financial-economic condition, experimented into the practice of the former Yambol Commercial Bank with respective methodical scheme of the indicators. The special attention is drawn to the peculiar cases in the legal statut of the debtors in the condition of privatization, isolation, insolvency and liquidation. Studied are the opportunities for taking actions for formation of investigation cases and searching for responsibility from legal debtors to the bank. Prepared are the basic moments in the legal-economic protection in the disclosed judicial procedure for announcement into inslovency. The objective of this work is to rise the effect of acts of questors for achievement of the banks into the insolvency and to make them attractive institutions for eventual buying which is the case with Yambol Commercial Bank Ltd.
