Asset and wealth management, the challenge of investor-centricity

Abstract

Customer centricity is the key issue for the future of Asset and Wealth management industry. The players have many important opportunities that can be exploited in the present scenario: increasing the knowlwdge of investors’ needs to build a new customer value chain, analysing data, improving afficiency, exploiting behavioural finance and neuroscience, understanding the potential of new regulatory MiFid2 framework, strenthening Esg investing to satisfy not only the needs but also the fundamental values of investors
