Abstract

In a highly competitive environment, banks need to face the challenges and exploit the opportunities brought about by the digital revolution and Fintech. The adjustment required to banks can represent a key factor of success and can be instrumental to supporting profitability and reshaping banks’ business models, in order to face the Psd2 revolution. At the same time, national authorities are also concerned about the potential risks that may emerge for the financial system, for consumer protection, and for the economy at large
