Abstract

In a mature society, the importance of the welfare industry is growing as a driving force for economic and social growth and it deserves to be considered by policymakers and the business system. In particular, Bank and Insurance companies, thanks to their industrial capabilities, can start a new phase of Bancassurance, focused on the welfare of households and businesses and characterized by a range of new services offered alongside insurance coverage
