Foreign investments, the new fiscal monitoring and Aml regulation

Abstract

In Italy, the new rules concerning the fiscal monitoring of foreign investments have aimed to streamline the obligations of taxpayers and intermediaries, responding to the ever more stringent needs to face tax avoidance and evasion. Also some amendments to the anti-money laundering law may have significant impacts on tax monitoring
