Financial advisors process: the role of digitization and Fintech

Abstract

Financial intermediaries are applying technological innovations to Financial advice, also pushed by Fintech companies’ competition. Technologies should be implemented in the financial advisory process considering: the business model and the level of digitization already achieved; technologies related to financial advice, such as the blockchain, big data analytics, social networks; variables that can contribute to reinforce trust, communication and transparency
