Abstract

The rapid changes in the habits and routines of customers, the increased competition among banks and threats coming from Fintech companies, technological innovations will continue to exert a strong pressure on bank margins. Banks are reacting by adjusting their production and distribution structures, in a difficult scenario in which there will be less banks but more competitors, lower margins, reduced physical networks
