Author

Listed:
  • Mclaughlin, Deborah

Abstract

The aim of the paper is to demonstrate how the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) brings land back to market in the best possible way. This involves working closely with delivery partners and public and private sector bodies to speed up sales, access development finance and have a better understanding of the property market. This work will increase the supply of land, help stimulate economic growth and benefit local communities.
