Abstract

Today’s corporate real estate (CRE) professionals are faced with a challenge beyond what any have experienced to date. How do you prepare your organisations and facilities in the face of an ongoing global pandemic? How do you assess the level of the threat? What support can you offer management in terms of deciding when to reopen? What can you do to ensure that your facilities are ready when that decision comes to pass? And, most importantly, how do you protect the health and safety of the employee base when they return? This paper summarises, at a very high level, the information to consider as you move through each step of the process.
