Abstract

The workplace data landscape is evolving rapidly. The rise of coworking, the adoption of building technology and the ubiquity of smartphones are already transforming workplaces. Businesses can harness these new sources of data to improve their performance, provided they have an appetite for experimentation. Corporate real estate (CRE) professionals and thought leaders in workplace data discuss trends and areas of future development in workplace data practice. Particular focus is paid to metrics and techniques in the areas of social network analysis, people analytics, human performance and the workplace experience. Predictive models, data privacy and potential pitfalls for early adopters are also discussed.
