Indicatori ai știinţei deschise monitorizaţi de IBN (publicaţii în acces deschis, descărcări, accesări)

Abstract

Indicatorii Știinţei Deschise devin tot mai importanţi în politicile de acces deschis europene. Numărul indicatorilor despre care se discută este impunător (peste 130), dar cei mai importanţi sunt practicaţi tot mai frecvent și deja pot fi supuși analizelor cantitative. Instrumentul Bibliometric Naţional (parte a platformei ȘTIU.md) monitorizează câţiva dintre acești indicatori, și anume numărul de articole în acces deschis, numărul de descărcări și numărul de accesări ale publicaţiilor încărcate pe platformă. Prin analiza lor se pot stabili clasamente, care pot fi de real folos factorilor decidenţi, evaluatorilor, pentru a sprijini evaluarea calitativă a rezultatelor știinţifice.
