Verbetering van ondernemingsprocessen en verwachte omzetgroei in het MKB

Abstract

Dit onderzoek draagt bij aan het inzicht hoe ondernemers in het MKB omzetgroei realiseren. Daarvoor is ondernemers in een enquête gevraagd de ruimte voor verbetering in een drietal processen van hun ondernemingen aan te geven. 69,1% van de deelnemers aan het onderzoek constateerde belangrijke ruimte voor verbetering. Concreet ging het om verbeteringsmogelijkheden van de prestaties van het personeel, van de waardepropositie van de onderneming en van de communicatie van de onderneming met de markt. Van de deelnemers die ruimte voor verbetering constateren denkt 86,3% omzetgroei te behalen door de verbeteringen te realiseren. Samenwerken door ondernemers met buitenstaanders betreffende de prestaties van het personeel leidt tot een hogere verwachte omzetgroei. Tot slot wordt ook de intensiteit van de samenwerking onderzocht op effecten voor de verwachte omzetgroei en worden voorwaarden geïdentificeerd die kunnen bijdragen aan de effecten van de samenwerking van ondernemers met buitenstaanders.
