Formy kontroli finansowej w Przedsiębiorstwie w gospodarce polskiej

Abstract

Kontrola traktowana jako jedna z funkcji zarządzania zapewnia stały nadzór nad wszystkimi procesami zachodzącymi w organizacjach i wpływa na realizację wyznaczonych celów. Może ona przybrać formę kontroli wewnętrznej, audytu wewnętrznego i audytu zewnętrznego. Z uwagi na ciągle wzrastające zapotrzebowanie na rzetelne, wiarygodne i sprawdzone informacje o sytuacji ekonomiczno-finansowej funkcjonujących w gospodarce organizacji wzrasta ranga różnych form kontroli. W artykule scharakteryzowano dostępne formy kontroli przeprowadzane w organizacjach w gospodarce polskiej i przedstawiono różne ich aspekty pokazujące podobieństwa i różnice między nimi. Spostrzeżenia zawarte we wnioskach końcowych mogą być pomocne w usprawnieniu procesów kontrolnych i decyzyjnych, przyczyniając się do polepszenia wyników finansowych przedsiębiorstwa.
