Abstract

В статье представлен обзор программ льготного автокредитования, реализованных в Казахстане. В рамках проведенного анализа авторы попытались оценить результативность программ в контексте тех целей и задач, которые они призваны были решить. Также в статье приведен опыт предоставления государственной поддержки на приобретение автотранспорта в зарубежных странах. // The article provides an overview of preferential car loan programs, implemented in Kazakhstan. As part of the analysis, the authors tried to evaluate the effectiveness of programs in the context of the goals and objectives that they were intended to achieve. The article also overviews experience in providing government support for purchasing vehicles in foreign countries.
