Abstract

Данная статья посвящена вопросам коммуникационной политики центрального банка. В последние годы центральные банки показали ощутимый прогресс в совершенствовании методов и способов коммуникации. Сегодня они предоставляют больше информации, которая сфокусирована на денежно-кредитной политике. Коммуникационная политика сегодня имеет более структурированный вид, что подразумевает предоставление регулярной информации не только в рамках объявления решений по денежно-кредитной политике, но и касающейся других вопросов развития экономики. Эффективная денежно-кредитная политика возможна, в том числе благодаря прозрачности центрального банка и эффективному обмену информацией, поскольку управление ожиданиями играет важную роль в денежно-кредитной политике. В академической литературе и практике центральных банков особое внимание уделяется изучению тона и содержания заявлений денежно-кредитной политики, как они формируются и как могут измениться с повышением прозрачности деятельности центрального банка. В данной статье авторами была сделана попытка изучения существующих методов и техник оценки информации, публикуемой центральными банками. // This article is devoted to the issues of communication policy of the central bank. In recent years, central banks have shown tangible progress in improvement of methods and ways of communication. Today they provide more information that focuses on monetary policy. Communication policy today has a more structured form that implies the provision of regular information not only within the framework of the announcement of monetary policy decisions, but also on other issues of economic development. An effective monetary policy is possible, among other things, thanks to transparency of the central bank and effective exchange of information, since managing the expectations plays an important role in monetary policy. In the academic literature and practice of central banks, special attention is devoted to examining the tone and content of monetary policy statements, how they are formed and how they can change with increased transparency of the central bank's activity. In this article, the authors made an attempt to study the existing methods and techniques for evaluating information published by central banks.
