Abstract

В работе представлены результаты экспертной оценки текущей и возможных моделей наличного денежного обращения. Изучены модели участия центрального банка в наличном денежном обращении, преимущества/недостатки моделей и опыт зарубежных стран по внедрению децентрализованных моделей наличного денежного обращения. Данная работа является началом определения предпосылок к реинжинирингу текущей модели наличного денежного обращения Республики Казахстан. // The paper presents the results of an expert assessment of the current and possible models of cash cycle. The models of central bank participation in cash cycle, advantages/disadvantages of the models and the experience of foreign countries in implementing decentralized cash cycle models are studied. This work is the beginning of determining the prerequisites for reengineering the current cash cycle model of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
