Abstract

Статья рассматривает влияние глобального изменения климата на экономику и финансовую систему, а также риски для финансовой стабильности. Центральные банки и регуляторы обычно не рассматривают изменение климата как основной риск, угрожающий финансовой стабильности. Тем не менее, риски, вызванные изменениями климата, становятся актуальными для центральных банков из промышленно развитых стран и стран с формирующимся рынком. Это вызывает необходимость в определении центральными банками и регуляторами политики, учитывающей фундаментальные изменения, которые, как ожидается, произойдут в климатической системе в ближайшие десятилетия.
