Анализ казахстанского рынка труда на основе микроданных // Analysis of the Kazakhstani labor market based on microdata

Abstract

В век информационных технологий онлайн площадками по трудоустройству пользуется все большее количество людей. Это, в свою очередь, позволяет создать огромную базу данных для оценки состояния рынка труда на основе имеющейся информации о кандидатах и вакансиях. В данном исследовании были использованы инструменты Data Science для анализа краткосрочного спроса и предложения рынка труда на основе опубликованных вакансий и резюме на электронной бирже труда enbek.kz. Дополнительно был проведен анализ равновесия на рынке труда Казахстана на основе полученных микроданных. В ходе процесса сбора данных было обработано 27 155 анкет вакансий и 53 647 анкет резюме. Эмпирический анализ вакансий и резюме был проведен в разрезе регионов, видов деятельности, уровня навыков и образования, а также знания иностранных языков. Также мы провели сравнительный анализ таких данных, как номинальные среднемесячные заработные платы в разрезе регионов и видов деятельности, взятые с сайта КС МНЭ, со средними заработными платами, опубликованными в резюме и вакансиях на сайте enbek.kz. Вдобавок был проведен статистический анализ на основе построенных регрессионных многофакторных моделей для выявления регрессоров, влияющих на ценообразование на рынке труда. В результате проделанной работы была дана оценка текущему состоянию рынка труда Республики Казахстана.
