Abstract

Динамичное развитие финансового сектора, внедрение новых информационных технологий на рынке финансовых услуг и происходящие изменения моделей ведения бизнеса на казахстанском финансовом рынке требуют от финансового регулятора Казахстана совершенствования подходов регулирования и надзора за деятельностью финансовых организаций. При этом регуляторный и надзорный режим, основанный на императивных и формальных требованиях, не позволяет регулятору своевременно реагировать на возникающие риски, а в некоторых случаях становится препятствием для дальнейшего развития финансового сектора (до внесения соответствующих изменений в финансовое законодательство).
