Abstract

Целью статьи является обзор основных направлений развития рынка платежных услуг в современных условиях. Особое внимание уделено международному опыту в области совершенствования рынка платежных услуг и использования инновационных технологий, а также перспективам его применения в Казахстане. К тенденциям дальнейшего развития платежного рынка отнесены направления развития дистанционных цифровых сервисов, предлагаемых клиентам банками второго уровня, развитие сегмента электронных денег, расширение деятельности платежных организаций, внедрение системы мгновенных платежей и удаленной идентификации клиентов в финансовой сфере. Также в статье рассмотрены тренды развития и инновации, предлагаемые лидерами рынка карточных платежных систем.
