Abstract

В статье изложены результаты изучения опыта Российской Федерации (далее – РФ) по использованию комплекса инструментов валютного контроля, а также противодействия отмыванию доходов, полученных преступным путем, и финансированию терроризма, в целях противодействия выводу капитала из страны. Целью изучения является поиск действенных мер по борьбе с утечкой капитала в условиях либерального валютного режима.
