Обязательные Резервные Требования: Цели Использования И Структурные Элементы

Abstract

Обязательные резервные требования были активным инструментом денежнокредитной политики во времена режима денежного таргетирования. По мере развития других инструментов денежно-кредитной политики, а также появления нетрадиционных операций центральных банков, роль обязательных резервов ослабла, отдельные центральные банки отказались от использования данного инструмента либо перешли к добровольному резервированию. Однако, большинство центральных банков развивающихся стран, а также отдельных развитых стран продолжают использовать этот инструмент, адаптируя его к изменениям экономических и финансовых условий. В статье рассматриваются цели использования инструмента, учитывая международную практику, а также структурные элементы механизма обязательного резервирования.
