Abstract

Международный финансовый центр «Астана» создан в соответствии с Указом Президента Республики Казахстан от 19 мая 2015 года № 24 «О Международном финансовом центре «Астана»». С точки зрения правового регулирования это уникальное образование представляет высокий интерес и обширный опыт, как для юристов и финансистов Казахстана, так и для иностранных инвесторов. И хотя с момента его создания прошло не так много времени, основополагающие документы, регулирующие деятельность Центра, уже приняты. В то же время, учитывая широкий спектр вопросов, все еще подлежащих регламентации для успешного осуществления Центром своей деятельности, представляется интересным не только изучение уже существующих документов, регулирующих деятельность МФЦА, но и потенциальных рисков, разрешение которых будет способствовать повышению инвестиционной привлекательности Центра. Ввиду ограниченности актуальной информации по исследуемой теме настоящая статья основана преимущественно на данных научных статей, новостных источников и нормативных правовых актах.
