«Зеленые» Финансы В Мире И Казахстане: Основные Направления Развития

Abstract

В последние годы многие страны прилагают усилия по развитию «зеленых» финансов, которые могут способствовать как укреплению самой финансовой отрасли, так и техническому прогрессу в защите окружающей среды, освоению новых источников энергии и энергосбережении, а также могут дать возможность ускорить формирование новых точек экономического роста и повысить потенциал роста экономики. В настоящей статье раскрывается понятие «зеленых» финансов, «зеленой экономики», предлагается рассмотреть основные направления развития «зеленой экономики» и «зеленых» финансов в ряде стран, а также задачи реализации Концепции по переходу Республики Казахстан к «зеленой экономике», рекомендации по становлению и развитию «зеленых» финансов в Казахстане [1]. Также в статье приводится мировой опыт и анализ различных источников финансирования «зеленых» проектов в мире и в отдельных странах.
