Обязательное Страхование Работника От Несчастных Случаев При Исполнении Трудовых (Служебных) Обязанностей

Abstract

С 10 мая 2015 года введен в действие Закон Республики Казахстан от 27 апреля 2015 года «О внесении изменений и дополнений в некоторые законодательные акты Республики Казахстан по вопросам страхования и исламского финансирования», в соответствии с которым внесены поправки в Закон Республики Казахстан «Об обязательном страховании работника от несчастных случаев при исполнении им трудовых (служебных) обязанностей». Главной целью внесенных поправок является обеспечение стабильности и финансовой устойчивости системы гарантирования страховых выплат, совершенствование системы обязательного страхования работника от несчастных случаев при исполнении им трудовых (служебных) обязанностей. В данной статье отражены основные аспекты внесенных в Закон Республики Казахстан «Об обязательном страховании работника от несчастных случаев при исполнении им трудовых (служебных) обязанностей» поправок.
