Моделирование Инфляционных Процессов В Казахстане На Основе Новой Кейнсианской Кривой Филлипса

Abstract

В работе представлены результаты эмпирического оценивания различных видов новых кейнсианских кривых Филлипса для моделирования динамики инфляции в Казахстане. В частности, были оценены «стандартная» форма новой кейнсианской кривой Филлипса, ее модификация для малой открытой экономики, а также гибридная форма данной кривой, которая наряду с рациональными (впередсмотрящие (forward-looking)) инфляционными ожиданиями учитывает также и адаптивные (назадсмотрящие (backward-looking)) инфляционные ожидания. По результатам оценивания новых кейнсианских кривых Филлипса были определены степень влияния впредсмотрящих инфляционных ожиданий и отклонения средних предельных издержек производства от равновесного уровня на инфляцию в Казахстане, выявлены дополнительные макроэкономические факторы инфляции, а также рассчитана степень релевантности назадсмотрящих инфляционных ожиданий по отношению к инфляции и произведено ее сопоставление со степенью влияния на инфляцию впередсмотрящих инфляционных ожиданий. Результаты исследования могут быть применены для повышения эффективности разработки и реализации денежно-кредитной политики в Казахстане в рамках режима инфляционного таргетирования. Также данное исследование может послужить основанием для последующего моделирования экономических процессов в рамках подхода новой кейнсианской теории как в Казахстане, так и в других странах с переходной экономикой.
