Abstract

Безналичные расчеты – это платежи, осуществляемые без использования наличных денег, посредством перечисления денежных средств по счетам в кредитных учреждениях и зачетов взаимных требований. Развитие рынка безналичных платежей на сегодняшний день является одним из приоритетных задач государства, поскольку способствует снижению доли теневой экономики. Целью данной статьи является анализ основных показателей рынка безналичных платежей региона, определение основных проблем, препятствующих развитию рынка безналичных платежей и рассмотрение мировых практик, с точки зрения возможности использования зарубежного опыта.
