Abstract

По мере развития финансового рынка и расширения спектра финансовых услуг, оказываемых финансовыми организациями населению – потребителям финансовых услуг, растет необходимость в защите прав потребителей, которые пользуются этими услугами. Данная статья в виде обзора всех мероприятий, проведенных Павлодарским филиалом Национального Банка в рамках защиты прав потребителей финансовых услуг, показывает актуальность проведения таких мероприятий и необходимость продолжения работы по повышению финансовой грамотности населения.
