Abstract

There are two main vehicles that individuals make use of in order to provide health insurance for themselves. These are health insurances carried out by the government and private health. In this study the England public health insurances and USApuplic health insurances that have different structure have been studied although their coverage is limited. First of all, the historical development of public health insurances (Medicare and NHS) of both countries and their health services have been putforward. Later on, health aids provided from public health insurances, financial aids conditions for making use of these aids, the coverage of aids and their financial resources have been studied comperatively. In the last part of study, a gerenal evaluation towards Medicare and NHS have been given.
