Improving The Mechanisms Of Regulating The Activities Of Judicial Authorities In The Context Of Foreign Experience Of Legal Reforms

Abstract

The main directions of reforming judicial system in Ukraine in the context of implementing European standards of justice are determined. The basic problems of formation, strengthening and ensuring the independence of the judiciary, accessibility and quality of justice, and also proposals on how to improve the implementation of justice in Ukraine are defined. Subject to the provisions of the Constitution and other legal acts of Ukraine, international legal standards in the area of justice identified the main problems of reforming judicial system in Ukraine and ways of their improvement in the context of the implementation of the European principles for the implementation of the proceedings
