Abstract

The algorithm of the methodology of the mechanism of interaction of the state security forces with the local authorities in the liquidation of the socio-economic crisis. A block diagram is presented for the components of the mechanism of interaction of the subjects of the state security forces with the local authorities in case of liquidation of the crisis. Recent developments in Ukraine have shown that topical question of state development mechanism of interaction forces of law and order with the local authorities during the liquidation of the crisis of social and economic issues is stays actual. . At present, a comprehensive study of the interaction forces of law and order with the local authorities in combating crises of social and economic yet not been performed. The article aims are to analyze the basic assumptions of the theory of organizational interaction and development of state mechanism of interaction forces of law and order with the local authorities during the occurrence of the crisis of social and economic issues. The paper analyzed the basic principles of the theory of interaction of organizational systems and identified key elements of interaction forces of law and order, namely the Ministry of Interior, the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Guard of Ukraine with local authorities that are represented with city administrations and local authorities. These elements are: a form of interaction; types of interaction; Types of interaction; ways and methods of interaction; evaluation of the effectiveness of interaction. The paper provided the definition of public interaction mechanism forces of law and order with the local authorities during the liquidation of the crisis of social and economic issues. The algorithm methodology is produced for state mechanism of interaction forces of law and order with the local authorities during the liquidation of the crisis of social and economic issues. The proposals for the introduction of an operating entity of interaction forces of law and order with the local authorities are realized. During the complication of situation that is a regional center under normal everyday terms there are group of monitoring the crisis. That underlies the structure of the mechanism of interaction of the forces of law and order with the local authorities during the liquidation of the crisis of social and economic issues. The article reveals that the operating entity of interaction organizes interaction between local authorities and the forces of law and order and the regional, district and local levels. This approach offers the possibility of avoiding the unnecessary organizational relationships and improving the quality of governance. Implementation of developed in the article methods of state mechanism will increase the efficiency of interaction between the forces of law and order and local authorities during counter actions of crises for social and economic in regions of the country. Future research will be aimed at developing preventive state mechanism counteracting the crises.
