Determinants Of Information Technology In The Provision Of Public Services In Ukraine

Abstract

Formation of information technology in the provision of e-services in Ukraine in the system of public administration in Ukraine needs improvement in the following areas: decentralization of public administration within government structures and delegation of responsibility to lower levels of management; Functional obligations of government agencies; reduction parameters of the civil service through the transfer of functions to private entrepreneurs or the creation of state corporations; implementing mechanisms for contracting to perform public services and payment services for consumers; customer orientation, including quality standards published by social services.
