Abstract

Features of state regulation of small business. Determined that the small business in transitional economies has a number of specific socio-economic functions. Functions and methods of state regulation of the economy differ significantly in the transition period to the market and during the prevailing market relations. The effectiveness of small business is in the field of public administration. The limits of state regulation, which materialized in normative legislation, constantly changing: they are narrow and inferior policy of deregulation. Thus the state regulation does not disappear, and qualitatively improving, gets new features, especially in the protection of the public along with the (public) interests and the interests of private entrepreneurs. With government regulation happens approval process of these interests.
