Introduction of e-communication technologies of custom institutes sfsu andsubjects of foreign economic activity

Abstract

In the article the aspects of introduction of e-communication of custom institutes with public have been researched. Peculiarities of electronic communication of custom institutes mediated by social media have been analysed. Priority directions ofelectronic interaction of custom institutes with subjects of foreign economic activityat regional level are determined. Social media as popular element of modern informative space could become high-quality instrument for providing the connection between state power and public and platform for general activity for determine and searching of vectors for reformation of public authorities. The peculiarities of introduction of economic communication of custom institutes SFSU mediated by Internet and social media are determined some directions of interactions. Electronic communications of custom institutes mostly addressed to target group – customers of administrative services. Nevertheless, additionally this canal of electronic communication have significant image part. In particular, it formed positive image of custom institute in Mass media for positive perceiving of custom institutes activity not only for taxpayers but also for wide public.
