Introduction Of The System Of Infrastructural Management Regional Transport Complexes

Abstract

Mayor theoretical and methodological devices of the system of infrastructure management of transport complexes are based on regional and city levels. Theoretical and methodological principles of introduction of the system of infrastructural management transport complexes are in-process formulated on regional and city levels. Researches of modern experience of the strategic planning of regional transport systems, key principles of the European transport policy ground to assert that steady development of public passenger transport is possible at the terms of change of general project vision of transport, as a transport infrastructure, proper transformation of regional policy in relation to a transport industry and application of the modern conceptual going near main work of organs of power assignments with a transport.
