The Functional And Technological Model Of Public Administration Services System

Abstract

The functional and technological model of public administration services to the scientific and theoretical study of practical implementation of government service creation and practice of e-viable infrastructure implementation. This model is formalized description of the organization of knowledge management processes to optimize the functions of structure formation procedural regulations. Determined its functional components that contribute to the formation of infrastructure, namely service users, technological system of service (kernel and integrated subsystems), existing information systems executive and administration, supervising the activities of these entities service activities.
