Abstract

The purpose of the study, the results of which are set out in this article is to determine the content of scientific determinism problem of functional systems governance mechanisms of modern Ukraine. Research objectives: to summarize the results of research functions and mechanisms of governance in the writings of scientific predecessors (foreign and domestic); identify major trends in the development of modern scientific thought on determinism functions of the state and governance mechanisms; identify areas for further research to optimize governance mechanisms Ukraine, according to the functions of a modern democratic state.
