Strategic management of public management innovations: methodological support

Abstract

Considered a management situation of "risk", which characterizes the conditions for implementation of public-management innovations. For this situation, the main components of structured strategic decision-making at the national, functional and instrumental levels. These components include: the formation problems and objectives, development of criteria for evaluating alternatives and strategic analysis; forming a plurality of alternative strategies and the main field, the choice of a rational strategy. Systematized and outlined the main methodological tools for the development of these components
