Evaluation Of Ngo To Support Development Initiatives Portals Public And Municipal Services

Abstract

Analyzed the evaluation of non-governmental organizations to support public services portals e-government in Ukraine, as an example of international donor organization. Proved that through effective cooperation of local governments and businesses through NGOs created the conditions for the implementation of an integrated network of electronic resources of the public authorities. Recommended other grantors, to support e-Government projects for normalization procedures electronic provision of public services, as well as the introduction of transaction services of local authorities.
