Abstract

n the article philosophically and conceptually represented the role of territ orial communities in local government, within the context of searching for the countries an optimal national administration models, as a components for world system generally and in particular for Ukraine. Accentuated the importance of national administration decentralization in Ukraine, which lead to appearance of efficient territorial communities, which receive new possibilities for local economic advancement, investment promotions, generating a modern, hi tech jobs, increasing of local government budget and social infrastructure improvements
