Abstract

The article analyzes the problematic iss ues of formation of effective mechanisms of regional development at the level of the nation state. The features of introduction of managerial innovations in the public administration taking into account the characteristics of the regions. From the standpoi nt of scientific analysis of the peculiarities of the processes of regionalization and Europeanization in public administration. The main problems of implementation of administrative reform in Ukraine in the context of the constitutional and legal framework through the incorporation of the norms of legislation of European countries during the administrative reform are determined.
