Abstract

This research aims to highlight the importance of corporate social and ethical responsibility in adopting the path of sustainable development as corporate social and moral responsibility are a safety valve that countries all over the world seek to implement and strengthen in order to achieve greater prosperity for their people, protect the environment and preserve nature. Algeria, like other Arab and African countries, is witnessing a modest application of corporate social responsibility. We will try to find out the extent of openness to corporate social responsibility and try to measure this aspect of Companies on the one hand, and to know the most important motives that encourage Algerian Companies to adhere to social and moral responsibility on the other hand.
