Abstract

This study comes in order to know the reality and actual performance of all Arab stock exchanges through the obstacles they face, especially with regards to the regulatory and legislative processes regulating the work of these markets. The Gulf financial markets were the most affected by the crisis and this result in openness to the US stock exchange compared to other Arab financial markets.
