Company’s Innovative Potential as the Basis for Strategic Development

Abstract

Innovative potential of the company is an important factor in choosing the strategic direction of development and ensuring its competitiveness in the international market. The article examines the main trends in the development of innovative potential of international companies, identifies the main components of innovative potential of a modern company, and analyzes them in terms of their influence on the innovative activity of the company and the direction of strategic development. The necessity to take into account the digital maturity of the company when assessing its innovative potential, to apply an integrated approach when designing the development strategy of an innovative company is substantiated.
