Comunicación Efectiva y Procesos Administrativos en la Empresa Servicios Pesqueros Dismar S.A.C. Sechura, 2021

Abstract

Se determina la relación entre comunicación efectiva y los procesos administrativos de la empresa Servicios Pesqueros Dismar SAC. A través de una muestra de 52 trabajadores administrativos y con la ayuda de un cuestionario se establece que el vínculo (r=0.726; sig.=0.000), la efectividad (r=0.801, sig.=0.000), el orgullo (r=0.768, sig.=0.000) y la identidad (r=0.726, sig.=0.000) influyen significativamente en los procesos administrativos, como tal se evidencia un relación significativa alta entre comunicación efectiva y procesos administrativos.
