Potential for Disposal of Exclusive Rights by Russian Companies and Inventors in the Coming Years

Abstract

Introduction. The article considers the influence of the dynamics of patenting industrial property objects on the dynamics of dispositions of exclusive rights. Methods. This study uses statistical analysis, generalisation, analogy, factor analysis, forecasting and extrapolation. Results and Discussion. An analysis of the registration of contracts by residents and non-residents as a transferor and transferee was carried out. The categories of economic entities that conclude the largest number of contracts for the alienation of exclusive rights and license agreements are identified. Conclusion. The article gives a positive forecast for the growth of the intellectual property market.
