Metodologia de analiza a riscului economic pentru intreprinderea multiprodus

Abstract

La diversification de l'activité de l'entreprise est une modalité de prévenir et limiter le risque du marché. Grâce á la possibilité de construire des portefeuilles de produits stratégiques, les résultats des entreprises multiproduit sont plus stables et moins volatils que ceux des entreprises monoproduit. Ce travail décrit et applique la démarche méthodologique et interprétative, moins présent dans la littérature de spécialité, de l'analyse prévisionnelle du risque économique pour le cas de l'entreprise multiproduit. En ce but, on utilise la technique de l'analyse coût-volume-profit pour étudier la réaction du résultat de l'exploitation aux modifications du volume des ventes. Pour quantifier mathématique ces modifications on recourt au coefficient de levier d'exploitation. La configuration graphique du risque économique et de la contribution de chaque produit à la réalisation du profit programmé est présentée parmi la diagramme du profit.
