Los mecanismos de la PAC 2020: principales vectores del proceso de reforma en curso

Abstract

El objetivo de este articulo es analizar la posible evolucion de los instrumentos de la PAC 2020 en funcion de la Comunicacion de la Comision de 18 de noviembre de 2010 y de las propuestas legislativas de 12 de octubre de 2011. Resalta los principales vecotres que con duciran el proximo proceso de reforma de la PAC y, al mismo tiempo, esboza algunas ideas con vistas a orientar los debates interinstitucionales deno de la UE que tendran lugar durantes el periodo 2012 a 2020. The purpose of this paper is to analyse the possible evolution of the mechanisms of the CAP 2020 in function of the Commission's Communication of 18th November 2010 and the legislative proposals of 12th October 2011. It discusses the key vectors leading the CAP reform process and it also provides some suggestions in order to guide the Eu interinstitutional debates which will take place from 2012 to 2020.
